Cancellation Policy

LATENESS: Due to the nature of my business time efficiency is extremely important to me and the booking diary, if this is communicated a 10-minute grace period will be given. Anything over grace period please be advised that I your appointment will be automatically forfeited and I have the right to refuse treatment and your appointment may be cancelled. To avoid this I advise arriving 10 -15 minutes before your scheduled start time. In order to get the most of your treatment by me, please be on time! CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request a 48 hours’ notice to rescheduled or cancel your appointment. Any cancellations under 24 hours will be classes as a late cancellation. In the event of extenuating circumstances grace will be extended, I will try to fill the space so that a new deposit is not required to rebook. NO SHOWS In the case of no shows, you will not be rebooked in for future appointments unless full pre-payment received. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR I have a 0 tolerance for rude behaviour. This includes rude comments, confrontational behaviour, inappropriate communication, the use of expletives when speaking to me. If any of this takes place, I will refuse treatment and ban you from future bookings. SICKNESS If you are sick or under the weather, please let me know immediately so I can reschedule your appointment. Getting a facial while sick is not recommended and, in some cases, can make you feel worse. Respect and protect everyone’s well-being. COVID - 19 If you have Covid -19 or you have been in contact with someone who has symptoms of Covid -19 please let me know immediately. Before rescheduling your appointment, please update me with negative test results (antigen/pcr). If you arrive with a cold or flu, you will be turned away and you will lose your deposit. ALLERGIES If you have any allergies to any ingredients or foods, please state it on the booking form. So, I can make any necessary adjustments to any of product / product range and foods within the building. These are my policies and I have the right to uphold them for my safety, wellbeing and respect as well as yours. As the policy holder I can uphold or relax them at any given time or circumstance.
