Bath: Run a bath of very warm water, add the salt mix. Once dissolved glide in relax and allow the bath salts to give you inner balance. (Use pouch if you prefer no flowers in the bath)

Shower: Add salt mix into organic cotton pouch, step into the shower place bag on your head and let the water shower over you or you can run the pouch over your limbs.
